Q. When should wheel chocks be used?
A. Anyone who has attended my training programs will tell you. I WILL NEVER SWAY AWAY FROM MY RECOMMENDATION THAT ANY COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE WHEELS CHOCKED WHEN BEING LOADED OR UNLOADED. NOT ONLY TRUCKS BEING LOADED/UNLOADED WITH LIFT TRUCKS. THIS RECOMMENDATION INCLUDES ALL TANKER TRUCKS AS WELL. If you are interested in my reasons for this recommendation, please contact me.
