Q. Is it true that we have to provide ladder safety training to our employees?

A. Absolutely, you can put a program together using tips from the IAPA's website. Items will include safe rungs, positioning, inspection, footing, placement etc. Of course, you should also have your employees sign off that they have received and understand the training.
