Q. BY LAW who needs to be WHMIS trained?

A. Virtually all employees require WHMIS training. Any employer that is employing the use of controlled products. Examples are; compressed gases, cleaners, fluids, infectious material, corrosives (batteries), reactive material, give us a call for the legislation information.
