Q. This is a statement that I would like to make with regards to some of the questions we get on our site. Sometimes we get questions with regards to legal matters or advice. Let me make myself perfectly clear in the answer section.

A. I can only offer my opinions. Every question that I've ever answered wether in class, or via email, I've quoted case history. Please keep in mind that not every case is going to be the same. The MOL takes up to one year to decide weather or not to lay charges. You can well imagine the in depth investigating that they do in order to make their decisions. Every case is different. I can only offer information with regards to recommendations, guidelines, and case history that is posted on the MOL website. Two companies can perform the same violation; this doesn’t mean they would both be charged. The investigative process will determine who, if anyone would be charged. Keep the questions coming and I’ll do my best to find case history for you. In any event, always remember to practice due diligence
